Entrambi acquisiranno il diritto a esibirsi nel corso del festival Folkest 2014, in una collocazione che sarà insindacabilmente decisa dalla direzione artistica del festival stesso. - Il primo classificato di ciascuna serata parteciperà a una votazione che avrà luogo nel mese di aprile attraverso canali radiofonici, i siti folkbulletin.com e folkest.com e una pagina Facebook dedicata. | Throughout the years, the accordion has proved to be a darling of the public. It enchants thousands of people every year at the Akkordeonale, worldwide the only touring accordion festival. There’s hardly a cultural sphere this incomparable wonder-box hasn’t conquered. Hardly a musical style where it doesn’t feel at home. For the sixth time now, Holland’s Servais Haanen invites musicians from all around the world to celebrate the accordion’s cultural diversity. Once again, the Akkordeonale dives into the acoustic worlds of that most cosmopolitan of instruments, leaving far behind tedious clichés and cosy musical stereotypes. In this festival, the accordion gets its chance to display its full musical richness. From traditional to contemporary, from folkloristic to exotic, jazzy, virtuosic and fervid – an exuberance of stylistic shapes and tonal possibilities. This year’s musical journey leads from Brazil over Belgium and Serbia to Iran – as always with a stopover in the Netherlands. A rodeo party’s gaucho music meets breathtaking Serbian accordion virtuosity, Musette-gems and Dutch sound aesthetics encounter jazz from the land of the Sheherazade, embroidered by Portuguese fado guitar and cello. Political differences seem unimportant, frontiers are swept aside and the fresh winds from the bellows of five accordions blend cultures. Vibrantly changing between solos and ensemble pieces, the musicians communicate in their common language of music. When Servais Haanen pulls the musical strings and interweaves the manifold tonal possibilities into a whole, the talent for improvisation and spontaneity of all musicians lead the ensemble to form a unity as if by itself. | Organizado por La Asociación “La Vida en Danza”, Folkarria Eco-Festi-Bal pretende recuperar y difundir tanto las danzas tradicionales como la música folk europea, haciendo de ellas un instrumento para la integración de diferentes culturas, combinándolas con acciones de sensibilización ecológica y consumo responsable, además de una serie de actividades participativas para adultos y niñ@s. La 4ª edición de “Folkarria Eco-Festi-Bal” se desarrollará una vez más a lo largo de todo un fin de semana, presentando una oferta musical de grupos nacionales (Macedonia´n Blue, Coetus con Eliseo Parra, Korrontzi), de Portugal (Monte Lunai), de Bélgica (Zigo), de Francia (Sextet a Claques, Zef, Zlabya) y fusiones de nacionalidades como I Fratelli Tarzanelli (franco-belga) o Folk Messengers (franco-italiana). Además, habrá talleres de instrumentos (Acordeón diatónico, Violín y Guitarra), talleres de danza de diversas partes del mundo y actuaciones del folklore español tradicional para todos los públicos. Los grupos interpretarán durante los conciertos las danzas aprendidas en los talleres durante el día, propiciando así la participación activa del público. Y, tras los conciertos, las jam sessions reunirán a los incansables músicos para quienes quieran seguir bailando hasta altas horas de la madrugada… El festival ofrecerá paralelamente un mercado eco-solidario, feria de artesanía, espacio para debates, exposiciones y otras actividades, como talleres de juego, arte, y movimiento para niños y actuaciones del folklore tradicional popular. Este año, como novedad, se pone en marcha el primer Concurso Folkarria de música y baile para grupos noveles. | L’Associazione "Il Mondo dell'Organetto" di Montesano S/M (SA), con il patrocinio del Comune di S. Angelo Le Fratte (PZ) e in collaborazione con l'Associazione Musicale Italiana Strumenti ad Ancia, Diatonici (AMISAD) di Maiolati Spontini (AN), organizza nella Sala polifunzionale “Le Cantine” in località S. Angelo Le Fratte (PZ) - via Cupa, una Gara di Organetto. Alla manifestazione che si svolgerà il giorno 4 maggio 2014, vi potranno prendere parte candidati con organetti di qualsiasi tipo e marca. La gara si articolerà nelle seguenti categorie: Cat. A fino a 9 anni (nati dal 2005 in poi) Cat. B fino a 12 anni (nati dal 2002 in poi) Cat. C fino a 15 anni (nati dal 1999 in poi) Cat. D fino a 18 anni (nati dal 1996 in poi) Cat. E senza limiti di età Tutti i concorrenti sono tenuti a presentare due brani a libera scelta della durata complessiva non superiore agli 6 (sei) minuti. Il giudizio della giuria è inappellabile: essa ha la facoltà di abbreviare la durata delle esecuzioni, di richiedere eventuali riascolti, di deliberare classifiche ex-aequo e di non assegnare i premi qualora non vengano riscontrati i requisiti indispensabili. La classifica dei concorrenti sarà stilata con la seguente valutazione: - da 95 a 100/100 1° Premio - da 90 a 94/100 2° Premio - da 85 a 89/100 3° Premio Le graduatorie saranno comunicate al termine delle audizioni di tutte le categorie. Saranno assegnati i seguenti premi: - Al primo assoluto di ogni categoria con punteggio più alto dei 1° Premio, se superiore a 97/100, verrà assegnato: diploma di “Vincitore di Categoria”, coppa o equivalente. - Ai 1° Premio di ogni categoria verrà assegnato: Diploma di 1° Premio, coppa o equivalente. - Ai 2° Premio e 3° Premio di ogni categoria verrà assegnato: Diploma, coppa o equivalente. Tra tutti i “Vincitori di Categoria” sarà proclamato il “Vincitore Assoluto” della Gara a cui verrà assegnato un trofeo. Bellowhead have announced "that we are very excited to announce that our new songbook newly launched by Faber. | Due giorni all'insegna della musica d'autore attraverso le note della fisarmonica diatonica di Riccardo Tesi, compositore, strumentista e ricercatore dalla complessa e poliedrica personalità artistica e dalle prestigiose collaborazioni quali De Andrè, Gaber, Fossati e Vanoni. La manifestazione organizzata dall’Accademia Musicale “Nuove Armonie” di Paola (CS) sotto la direzione del M.° Alberto La Neve è iniziata Sabato 22 marzo con un concerto in solo di Riccardo Tesi tenutosi presso la sala concerti del circolo Arci "Piera Bruno". Ad aprire il concerto due giovanissimi allievi dell'Accademia Musicale “Nuove Armonie”. Alessandro e Gabriele Guglielmi, piccole promesse della fisarmonica diatonica, che hanno presentato un repertorio di brani composti dall'artista ospite, preparati ed arrangiati dal Maestro Antonio Spaccarotella, docente di Fisarmonica Classica e moderna e fisarmonica diatonica dell'Accademia. Il percorso musicale attraverso la riscoperta della fisarmonica diatonica è proseguito domenica 23 marzo, giornata nella quale Riccardo Tesi ha tenuto la Masterclass "L'organetto diatonico fra tradizione e innovazione" presso la sede dell’Accademia Musicale. Una masterclass internazionale che ha visto un numerosa partecipazione di studenti da diverse regioni d'Italia ma anche dall'estero come la studentessa brasiliana Dayane Radvansky giovane allieva del M°Spaccarotella arrivata da poco e che ha avuto modo di condividere una esperienza formativa di altissimo livello. Where: The Shoulder of Mutton, The Swan and Red Cross Hall, Wantage, Oxfordshire. What to Expect: A relaxed atmosphere for all levels of musician! The morning workshops are for ‘single instruments’ (boxes with Andy, fiddle with Dave, and ‘other instruments’ (wind, guitars, dulcimers, hurdy gurdy’s etc with Jo) and we’ll look at both tunes and technique. ‘Other instrument’ players who’d like to join one of the other morning groups may do so with the tutors’ OK, we don’t want to unbalance things! In the afternoon we will split the group into multi-instrumental ‘bands’ to work on ‘playing for dance’ —the feel, lift and tempo for a good dance tune.  Vom 3. bis 4. Oktober 2014 findet in der Steririschen Marktgemeinde Neumarkt erstmalig dieser Wettbewerb statt. Anmeldeschluss ist der 31. August 2014Der Name Alpe Adria Harmonikabewerb wurde gewählt, da hauptsächlich KandidatenInnen aus den Ländern Österreich, Slowenien, Kroatien, Italien und Südtirol bei diesem wohl einmaligen Event vertreten sind. Von der hochkarätigen Jury Gottfried Hubmann, BA (Juryvorsitz, A), Joze Burnik (SLO), Loui Herinx (NL), Primoz Zvir (SLO), Eduard Huber (Südtirol), Prof. Zoran Lupinc (I) und Michael Pirolt ( A ) wird bei der Preisverleihung ein Jurybrief ausgehändigt. Jede(r) KandidatIn erhält eine Medaille. Für die ersten drei Preise je Alterskategorie gibt es wertvolle Pokale, wobei der erste Preis dem Namen einer verdienstvollen Person in der Harmonika-Szene gewidmet ist. Am 3.Oktober werden die Gäste von den Kulmer Schuh-plattlern und einem Konzert eines Harmonikaorchesters unter der Leitung von Herrn Primoz Zvir aus Slowenien unterhalten. Von 18 Uhr bis 22 Uhr gibt es Tanz und Unterhaltung mit der grandiosen Gruppe „ Oberkrainer Skorpioni“. Samstag, der 4. Oktober steht dann ganz im Zeichen des „Alpe Adria Harmonikabewerbes“, bei dem die TeilnehmerInnen ihr Können unter Beweis stellen und den Besuchern wohl Einmaliges an Musikalität und Virtuosität bieten werden. | 13 April 2014 In de harmonicawereld is een traditie ontstaan waar spelers alleen of in groepjes hun muziek voor een publiek kunnen uitvoeren. Hiertoe kent men het zogenaamde “open podium” . Hier kan men in een informele sfeer voor elkaar spelen en fijn met het instrument en met de muziek bezig zijn. De Dag van het Balginstrument van Stichting Novam-Gelderland/Utrecht, wordt nu alweer voor de 3e keer in samenwerking met THA-Ugchelen georganiseerd en de organisatie ziet behalve harmonica”s ook graag accordeonisten optreden. Het is voor de deelnemers ook erg leuk eens kennis te maken met de neef van het eigen instrument en zodiende eens over de “schutting”te kijken. Marco Sileon is aanwezig om met name de harmonica te demonstreren en je kunt ook zelf een zo”n instrument proberen. Hoewel alles in een uiterst informele sfeer verloopt, wordt aanmelding op prijs gesteld als je zelf ook wilt spelen als solist of met je eigen groep. Men kan met maximaal 15 á 20 spelers tegelijk optreden. Komt U alleen luisteren en kijken dan bent U van harte welkom. De toegang is gratis.
